what i would like is some tips, like what foods to avoid, how much fruit veg to eat, low cal snacks, what to eat to feel full, stuff like that

I already do some exercise and am starting to cycle to work every day.

I am hoping to loose 5.4 stone

I've got my eye on two pairs of red shoes. They are similar, shiny red texture (a bit like vinyl), one pair has a one-and-a-half inch heel and the other pair is flats.

I want to wear them with jeans and everyday outfits. Which one should I get?

Is it nice and sparkly clean or is it at the other end of the spectrum?... like the dirtiest toilet I ever saw in a bar in New Orleans... The germs were the size of Shetland ponies... I vowed then and there to always keep my comode clean, at least clean enough for company to use.

I would usually take a shower but now I'm taking baths.
I lit the candles and put relaxing music.And the feeling of water touching my soft skin...can't find any words to describe how I feel.
I think it's great!I would like to tell that to my friends,do you think it is a good idea?
