my original hair color is dark brown but i dyed it light brown 2 months ago, so now my roots have grown out. im thinking about getting highlights but im not too sure how to go about this? before i get high lights should i have to dye my hair back to my original color??

When buying seasonal accessories, cheap and brandless or expensive and branded for you?

Which one would you go for when buying accessories eg. earrings, bracelets, scarves, shoes, belts and necklaces that may just go out for fashion the next season?

A few of good ones, branded and expensive?

Or buy a truckload of cheap ones (but still look presentable, just no famous brands) to mix and match and wear them out till the end of the season and shop for new ones again?

In need of skin help?

I need some advice on how to get rid of blackheads and also make my face less oily. I've never really had acne, in my teens i would just get random breakouts or random zits. Lately, i've noticed that by mid-day, my nose, cheeks and chin become really oily. I've tried different moisturziers and even using none at all, and nothing is working. I'm currently using Physician's Formula (talc free) powder to even out my skin tone, (it's kind of pink along my cheeks and nose). All in all, my skin isn't really that bad, I just hate that it gets so oily, it makes me feel so gross.I don't know what to do for it, without spending a bunch of money to fix it. I don't know if it's the make-up i'm using or moisturizer, or what... i've never really had this problem. Any suggestions?

Does anybody knows approximately how it cost to remove acne scars?

I live in Southern California, I'm thinking about getting rid of them cus they were from High school acne and pregnancy and now the scars are there but no acne. And it's getting visible with makeup. OR can anyone suggests something else besides laser surgery?

Please help me decide. Should I wear my poodle skirt for haloween or my renaissance queen costume?

The poodle skirt costume is traditional. The renaissance queen costume is blue velvet with gold french brocade on the front of the bodice and skirt and a satin undershirt. I like them both equally, but I can't decide which one to wear. Please don't tell me which ever one you want to wear cuz it makes it harder to decide! Nipple Piercings... and nipples....?

how do nipple piercings work? my nipples don't stick out like that all the time. if i pierced them, would they never go back in? while im at it.... how long are nipples supposed to be anyway?
