i got a cut on my nose.
after 4 days i removed the scab myself.
and i found whitish pink skin underneath.
is this a scar or is it normal?
how do i know if it is a scar?
how much time will it take to heal?
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO CHANGE ITS COLOR FROM WHITE?

normal not a scar
pink because not been weather beaten sun etc
ask your mum for concealer to put on till heals properly

White could mean its a scar, but it could also just mean it needs more time to fully heal. All you can do is wait for it to heal. It probably won't take too long.
You could try just dabbing a tiny bit of flesh-colored concealor onto it and dab a tiny bit of powder over that in order to cover it until it finishes healing. You don't need a big dot of the concealor. Just enough to cover the problem.

Yes, and put some neosporin on it to keep it from scarring.
