Yes, I just went to the dermatologist Monday and there is a cream called Vaniqa. It slows the hair growth down. You still have to do whatever it is you do to get rid of it. It says it takes a while to work, but that there is a significant reduction on how fast it grows. Talk to your dermatologist about it. He/She may give you some samples along with a prescription.

I heard that women use peroxide on facial hair as it causes the hair to lighten. You may want to check with a woman first, though.

Just don't shave (too much stubble), wax (ingrowths a dozen), thread (same as waxing) or use hair-removing oils and creams (darken skin as time goes.....).
Either you bleach them if your hair is very fine OR save some money and do laser to remove them permanently.
