Sometimes I feel that I don't tip enough (especially when I get those funny looks) and other times I feel like I over tip.
How much would you give for:

Im 22 & I dont think the full 'suit' look suits me. It's mainly the shirt with collar I don't like. Do you have to wear a suit & shirt, or do you have any other ideas? It's going into spring/summer here, if that helps.

What do I do if my daughter had gorgeous highlights and lowlights including reds, browns and blonds. She wanted the red out of the low lights. So...We went to a pro and she dyed the whole thing. NOW, what WAS blond in her hair, is green and damaged. Any helpful hints? We are going to a color gal on MOnday.

You know how there are the shadows that are close to your skin tone but they may be a little shimmery and they highlight the brow bone? well, which one would be the best for my skin tone? THe tone of my skin is close to my avatars if not a little lighter(not by much though). I'm going for a natural look with a glow to it. I don't wear a lot of make-up either so nothing to expensive.

After a while my hair was half brown half blonde.So last night i went to get it fixed and they dyed my hair to my natural color and they did a "Shock treatment" (does anyone know what that is??) And know my hair looks a lot better! What kind of shampoo/conditioner should i use?? The haircutter person said to go ever four weeks to get this "shock treatment" What is this.....

I am 20 years old and still live at home for another 6 months. My parents give me space and they're out tonight so some of my friends came over. My idiot of a brother (he's 18) started to pester the four of us like he was 12 or something. He was trying to be funny, but he was being insulting and irritating. We probably should have just left, but my friend Cathy tackled him and together all 4 of us tied him to a chair. My friend Sheila went home to get some things and in about 30 minutes she'll be back and then we're going to teach him a lesson. We thought it'd be fun to give him a makeover and dress him up in some of our clothes. We thought we would take some pictures and maybe leave him for mom and dad to find. Should we dress him up? We want to make this very memorable for him. What should we put him in? This could be an easy 10 points as after 30 minutes are up I'll be kind of occupied ;)
