i have this purple shirt that i really love, i've had it for like 2 years, but on the back, there's like gray spots on it (not much, but still.) and it's kinda noticable. at least, i've asked my mom and she says it's pretty noticable. she says it might be sweat stains. i don't know...how do i get it out? i've washed like 3 before, trying to get it out, but it doesn't get out, so is there any way of getting this out without any you know..those bleach products whatsoever? thanks.

People are always tearing or splitting the backs of their pants, but I haven't seen any jeans which were manufactured to appear destroyed with a big tear down the rear seam even though the destroyed look is fashionable.

I've torn the back of my pants doing strenous labor back home when I was younger several times or after eating very spicy food, but jeans in stores lack this tear. If they want to appear naturally destroyed, this rear tear is necessary.

Those jeans I had which tore down the back also had the worn thighs, knees, etc. just like the ones they sell in stores. The destroyed ones sold in the stores are just missing the split down the rear now. Why haven't jean designers noticed this?

Is there anything that can be done to prevent it? Is there any way to tell if this will happen to you?

Also, it seems more prevalent in South Indian women than any other nationality (please correct me if I am mistaken).

I need costume ideas!
First of all, I don't want anything "sexy". Those just invite jokes.
I don't like the costumes that come in plus sizes because they usually fit weird or are a "sexy" costume in a bigger size.
I want something SCARY! It's Halloween!
It doesn't have to be something that I can go out and buy. I don't mind making it myself.
I was trying to think of some kind of fat villain in a horror movie, but couldn't come up with anything. I was also thinking that I could turn the costume from someone fat to someone pregnant, but I couldn't think of any ways to make a pregnant chick scary.
Basically, I'm trying to find a scary costume that will make my weight work for me.
Any ideas?

What is the acceptable standard of beauty for women in Los Angeles? I recently moved from Cincinnati to LA. I am horrified to discover things like my roommates' company, where: I - at 100 pounds - would be at a middling sort of weight; everyone seems to have new, trendy clothes; everyone goes to "beauty clinics" for expensive procedures like tattooed eyebrows and collogen; everyone wears their hair in a style; etc. Surely, this is not the norm! Please tell me I'm right. It is too expensive, too fake, and too horrifying. What is the "real" standard of beauty here?

In Ohio, I don't have to do very much to be considered pretty. I'm thin with blond hair and blue eyes. As long as I am dressed appropriately for the situation - a business suit at work, for instance - no one is going to judge me harshly based on my appearance. Here, I feel like I have to turn my life upside down every day just to go to the supermarket. What is the minimum with which I can get by without being judged harshly?

My insurance paid for a breast reduction but my doctor said I would have to pay an additional fee for a breast lift. The fee is $2000. Otherwise I would have a saggy breast reduction (that is what the insurance pay for- a simple reduction). Is this true? and is the breast lift for the additional fee worth it?

Basically my prom is in oooh about 6 months and I'm really stuck on what sort of dress to buy.
I am a small person, about 5ft 2 and I'm thin with a 32 A bust but my hips are curvy. It's quite a weird figure.
anywho, so tradition is that practically all the girls wear long dresses only I would look so ridiculous in a long dress because i'm so short. So I need a short dress or at least a dress down to my knees but I don't want a cocktail dress or anything I want a proper beautiful prom dress.
but I have no idea where to start and what designers to go for or what style dress I should get to compliment my figure. Can you please name some websites or designers or any dress you've seen that you might think would be what i'm looking for and tell me what style dress I should get - thank you so much!
I live in the UK by the way, and don't worry about cost unless it's anything over £500 or something lol
