You never KNOW your partner is disease free. They can lie about their past and people do all the time. Not to mention, they may have something and not have symptoms so they don't know. And birth control is not 100% effective, so you are way better off being on the pill and using a condom every time.

You do Not have to use a condom..
Condoms are used to prevent disease and pregnancy...
If you know your partner is clean and you are on some form of birth control then you do not need a condom...
Sex is usually better without a condom...
