I wish to lose weight at all parts of my body especially thighs and upper arm. I also have problems with my waist and tummy. My face is chubby too so i hope i can do something about it too.

In short, I would like to lose weight overall except my breasts bec they are already small.

see im having lice and nits in my hair i dont know how to remove them if i comb i will get so much of pain is there any way to remove them without combing? please help me if u know im facing so much problem with them im not able to leave my hair like that for functions also but my hair is so silky i love to leave my hair but afraid bcoz of this problem
