Your breasts are made of fatty tissue and glands, so if you loose body fat overall you will probably loose some fat in your breasts too. But you can counteract fat loss in your breasts by doing some muscle building excersizes to perk up the pectorals underneath your breasts which will make them look bigger. Push-ups are great for this as well as bench presses and military presses. If you want to slim down over all, you must do cardio excersizes. Jogging is good because it will expecially focus on your legs. Try adding sprints to your jogs (sprint a distance and jog back) to seriously tone up your legs. The fat around your tummy can be the hardest to loose, but again cardio (using any body part) will help you to drop this. To tighten the muscles under the fat try doing twists, crunches and pelvic tilts (lie on your back with knees bent and use your abs to tilt your pelvis toward your upper body). You will notice that as you loose weight overall, you will lose fat in your face too.
You should take note that you are in the normal range of weight for your height. If you are unhappy with the way your body looks just try doing some simple excersizes to adjust the fat levels and increase muscle tone. Good luck!

Hey, There is only one exercist which can help as u want to loose wait from some part of ur body excep boobs than take a rope and jump for at least 15 Min daily and u will get good result in 15 days.

The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy. Eat 5 small meals a day, rather than 3 big meals a day. Never go without breakfast.
Go to http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/food-guide-aliment/index_e.html ---take the tour. Don't deprive yourself of junk food altogether. Just take in alot less than you normally do. Eat everything, but alot less of it. Check the sides of the boxes of your food choices for calories & nutrition. Make sure you exercise. Eat more healthy snacks & less of the junk food, such as fruit, & nuts. If you do eat out at fast food restaurants - eat smaller portions (don't super-size) -- pick healthier choices where possible. Go to fast food restaurants less often - (better not go at all). It's easier to achieve goals like this, rather than deprive yourself of everything you crave. Try staying away from pop. Drink water, skim milk. I've been to a dietician before & she told me it's better to eat your fruit - rather than to drink apple/orange juice etc..

You need to do a lot of overall cardio to loose weight all over and then do focused exercises that build your bust area. You will loose weight in your breasts with everything else, but the exercises will give you definition and the appearance of larger breasts. I would also suggests one of the "super-duper" bras at Victoria Secret. They can do what no exercise can, give you bigger breasts, sort of.

do cardio alot.... like running, belly dancing and aerobics.. they could slim down but not tone... to tone you need to lift wights or that sorts.
dont worry coz the body knows where to lose weight..
do get the tightest *** in the world... do squats!!!
dont think you can do anything with the breasts.. i mean could they go any smaller?
good luck... all it takes is discipline
