proactive is way to expensive. i have tons of acne even tho i use medicated soap and medicated acne-stuff. my skin is always shiny. i have horrible skin, help!

try using mary kay deep cleanser from the basic skin care that they have, that is usually good. You also want to drink 8 glasses of water, and eat vegatables. Eliminate Sugars and Starches, this can and will definately make your skin better. You may also want to try a 100% all natural noni juice, and colon-detox cleanse.

if you put a lot of bad things in your body, it tends to come out and show through the skin.

Cut high-sugar stuff from your diet. My face cleared up when I stopped drinking soda 5+ years ago. It works!

well i reccommend clean and clear. it is the best product it works for me. if you already have that brand and it doesnt work for you the try clearasil. that is good aswell. and both product brands have an huge range so you can see what product is for you. avaliable at big w, k mart and priceline.
