it could be a person that works in an office you have to be presentable for any meetings you will attend that day or if you have a big contract you will be meeting with important people stuff like that usually some one important. Like a owner or secartery, fashion designer, etc.
yes i am a woman and i work at a office attending people with paper work i wear an out fit for work its not to classy or to shadow its for the occasion i will be presenting as it goes.
