Of course, we will feel it is very cold. But we are girls and girls will do anything to be beautiful. Wearing short skirts in winter is the fasionable thing to do as it shows our long and slim legs and it also looks more pretty in winter because it is more white and looks more tender. Plus the cold snow also brings a tinge of red to our lips and therefore, girls look the best in winter.

the phrase that a LOT of girls i know go by, "PAIN IS BEAUTY" which is completely true. its like the same thing as getting your eyebrows waxed. HELL YEA IT HURTS! but would you really wanna hook up with a chick that has a massive unibrow? I DONT THINK SO. girls wear short skirts in the winter to get attention from guys, since you dont really see that many girls wearing it, so they think its daring. ALSO, if a girl matches the short skirt with a pair of really cute knee-high leather boots, its probably as warm as wearing sweats around the house. I KNOW THIS, BECAUSE I USED TO BE ONE OF THE GIRLS THAT DO IT. but if a girl wears a miniskirt with just flip flops or something, she deserves to get punched in the face because she is a HO!

I can only think that maybe some girls just dress to impress and want to look cute for guys. Personally, I don't think you should wear shorts when it's cold. I care more about my health.

some do feel cold some jus lyk wearing skirts nd dnt care if its freezin outside they wear it coz they lyk it nd they can handle the cold personally i strongly dislike the cold i liv in miami fl nd when its in the 60's i think its freezing so i cnt imagine wearing a skirt when its snowing

Vanity. They are proud of their legs and know that most people will wear sensible clothes and cover up. Cold is less important (to them) than the attention they get. Superficial, vain and probably high maintenance.
Admire from afar. Avoid at all costs.

ugh, thank you. i think that it is the most ridiculous fashion idea of all time. girls who wear short skirts in winter are just hungry for attention b/c they know that "looks" are all they have to offer. they lack intelligence and personality. so they intend on hooking a guy by the fact that they can show as much skin as possible. and, at my school, the heat doesn't even work very well, so our new york winters get pretty chilly in the classrooms. BRRRRR!!!! i'll stick with jeans and sweater, thanks. ;)

Its called 'Attention'. If its winter and there werarin that short stuff, people are ganna turn an eye at 'em! And thats what they want. Or they just like doing it, its everything really.

well im originally from russia and its really cold there during the winter so personally i can handle any temeperaature during the winter
