I am 20 years old and still live at home for another 6 months. My parents give me space and they're out tonight so some of my friends came over. My idiot of a brother (he's 18) started to pester the four of us like he was 12 or something. He was trying to be funny, but he was being insulting and irritating. We probably should have just left, but my friend Cathy tackled him and together all 4 of us tied him to a chair. My friend Sheila went home to get some things and in about 30 minutes she'll be back and then we're going to teach him a lesson. We thought it'd be fun to give him a makeover and dress him up in some of our clothes. We thought we would take some pictures and maybe leave him for mom and dad to find. Should we dress him up? We want to make this very memorable for him. What should we put him in? This could be an easy 10 points as after 30 minutes are up I'll be kind of occupied ;)

Do his hair, makeup, etc. and take pictures. Take the pictures from the neck up so people can't see that he's tied to a chair. Then post the pictures on a dating website and post his real cell phone number with it.
When doing his makeup, make sure to shave off his eyebrows and draw them back on, really high and really thin.
Also, are his ears already peirced? >:)

I think you SHOULD dress him up. How about in women's underwear and PJ's? Put make up on him and curl his hair. Spray it too so it'll stay. Take pics and tell him you'll email the pics to all the girls in his class. Post the pics on the bulliten board at school or the library. How about panty hose? High heels? Nail polish? If he says he will leave you guys alone, finally let him go but post the pics anyway.

I say do as planned, the dressing up and make up stuff, but instead of leaving him for your parents to find set him out in the front yard to entertain the neighbours and other passers-by. Also, do you by chance have a web-cam? Sure you'd get lots of female viewers with similar sibling problems.

Try going over the top. Something like big hair, from the eighties and bright blue eyeshadow, up to his eyebrows. XD

I think you should untie him and realize that all he wants is your approval and your friendship. Your brother sounds like a very lonely kid and he just doesn't know any other way to get your attention than by being irritating.
