Im 22 & I dont think the full 'suit' look suits me. It's mainly the shirt with collar I don't like. Do you have to wear a suit & shirt, or do you have any other ideas? It's going into spring/summer here, if that helps.

The best place is Ann Taylor Loft i work in corporate office and i hate the suit and shirt look all the time i need change just like you. Its great there everything is priced good and it's fashionable! and trust me i"m not old either i'm 23 and i love fashion so try and see how it is

Id definetly wear a button up collared shirt...but get so something cute like pink or aqua. If you have a good shape you should definelty wear a knee length pencil skirt! Otherwise a slightly more a-line skirt would do....but if you can wear the pencil skirt. Buy yourself a cute pair of black heels too. I can guarentee that great black heels, a black pencil skirt and a cute collared-button up shirt will look great. Definetly check out express because they have really good clothes for the office. I had the same problem when starting a new job recently. I solved it by purchasing several long sleeved t-shirts and wearing them with dress slacks and skirts. You can dress them up with accessories of course. They are not like long sleeved play around the house tshirts. They are really nice and pretty. I got mine from JCPenney.
