I am really trying to grow my hair out long (like a little above my waist), but it's taking forever!!!! (I don't have curly hair either). It's really annoying because I have to trim it every so often to avoid split ends, but I feel like that sets me back. Also, I want layers again, but I don't want to do that until it's long because then i don't want short hair split ends. What do I do!?

i'm 14 and for the past 2 months i've been experiencing hairloss. i'm getting really scared because a lot of hair falls out even when its dry. sometimes i'm even afraid to take a shower because my hair fall out alot it plugs the shower drain. I'm scared to see a doctor because i'm afraid that hes going to say that somethings wrong with me. can i have cancer? or should i change my shampoo?(i'm using sunsilk right now) please help me i'm really scared. I do admit that bigger people need to lose a little weight to be healthier. However, I have a problem in that most people tend to equate being heavier with being ugly. I have seen tons (no pun intended) of psychically beautiful people who were heavy or fat if you must call them that. I'm sick and tired of people thinking that a person who is heavier can't be beautiful. What do you think about someone who is a little or a lot heavier then most? Please, I want respectful answers, no fat jokes.
