not necessarily. coffee contains antioxidant that is good for the heart. but if you drink more than you should, it can make your heart palpitate so rapidly. just drink coffee in moderation. you can drink tea or milk instead.

You should not be asking at Yahoo...if you are pregnant, ask your doctor. We are talking about the health of a fetus here. The least amount of caffeine, I would think is advisable, but there are guidelines which a doctor can help you with.........
