sometimes my daughter will send me little video of my grandson that she has taken on her camera. I can't view them why?

I am currently in a major dilema in my life. I am a High School Senior with many interests, and that creates a problem for me because I have to know what to major in next year.

Interests:
Photography
Aviation
Music
Medical

For some reason, I have been feeling, (with the help of my parents, teachers, etc.) as if I am moving more toward the photography than anything else, which sort of scares me. I do not want to make a decision yet, but i know i have to soon. I am not too spectacular a pianist, but I am interested in being a pilot or a Doctor. How do I decide among all this? is there any way

Where can I post all of my digital camera pictures online so that they won't be lost in case something happens to my computer, but also so that my family/friends can see them? I also would like to be able to order cheap hard copies of the pictures.

I shoot mostly portraits and use available light the majority of the time.
Do both cameras have similiar noise issues? Are skin tones natural?
Any input welcome!

PS I am looking at these 2 models as I like the idea of the dust cleaning sensor. The D80 is just slightly more than I want to spend.

after editing it should not look artificially like cut by lasso tool or by the extract option in filters.only the background should be removed without any prob to the foreground image.Give some ideas pls...i want edit my neighbour's child for his birthday present!

Whose system (yahoo,google,hotmail,etc) is best able to handle large jpeg files? Not sure of the file size other than they are used by models and shot by professional photographers.

It is now time for me to start going to the next step continuing on with my education. This year I have to choose what college or university I want to go to, and the area, which I wish to study, is art. However, I am not sure any more, and not sure really what I am good at. I am prepared to spend a moderate amount, but not over the top. I love the pictures that really show action and the detail of water droplets etc. I plan this to be my new hobby, and guess that getting a decent camera would be a start!
