if you have a flat bed scanner you can scan it and then print it or email it.
Or you can take the photo to where they develope pictures (wal-mart, Kmart, etc) they can scan it and make reprints too.

If it's 8x10 or smaller, take it to one of those places with a Kodak picturemaker machine. They make pretty good copies!

Are you the photographer? If so, you won't need to get permission to copy. If not, it depends on where you take it. I'm not sure about one that old, but I think you can probably copy it.

Check the copyright laws to make sure you don't break the law. Plus a lot of places won't make copies for you unless you have permission from the copyright holder.
