or is it cowardice if you don't put the constitution in action and fight for your right to pursue 'happiness"..even against tyranny and its agents

I've had a few ideas for vocations but they never escaped the realm of fantasy mostly because of poor choices I've made in my life. I thought I might want to be in law enforcement but I smoked too much marijuana in my youth to ever be qualified. I thought about being a physician but my college GPA is terrible and I don't have good study skills.

I want to leave this Earth a better place than when I got here...I want to find what my life's work is supposed to be. And here I am, reduced to asking strangers on the internet what I should do. But we are all comrades, all contemporaries on this planet. In a hundred years, all or most of us will be gone so we are in this world together, we share a common experience and I want to hear what you all think.

How did you find your life's work? How do you find satisfaction, meaning and purpose in life?

Think, how mediocrity dominates everyone's life today. Whichever country, profession, race you belong to, don't you see that it is mediocrity that dominates everywhere ?

Tell me what you have seen that you thought was the most beautiful, amazing, inspirational thing in the world that left you breathless and just gave you that feeling that no one can describe? It can't be something that man created and it can't be a person or a body part. (I'm already ahead of you perves, I know what you're thinking!)

Also, why did you think this particular thing was beautiful, amazing, or inspirational?

What does this say about common sense and why?

Please explain your reasoning.

This mental problem may be genetic and may exist because people related to me all get horrible physical problems whenever they get emotionally sick. Is it that they don't know that they have the ability to filter their emotions or is this beyond their control? Why would people want to be miserable? It's easier because they are familiar with it? Even when I didn't know about mental illnesses or my family's history, I use to scratch my skin until it bled when I was around 13. I get stomach pains, hair falls out, my thinking becomes slower, my muscles weaken and this is all caused by stress. I want to stop this because it is ruining my life. I am too young. I want to enjoy life, but my physical symptoms get in the way.

People commonly say that there is no way to prove your religion, you've just got to have faith. Why is that your religion then? What causes you to have faith in that religion over another one. What causes someone to be Christian over Buddhist? Is it because it's more likely or because you somehow were born with faith in Christianity.

Whenever I get depressed or miserable my muscles on my face drop. People on the streets tell me to cheer up. They also feel negative around me. I struggle to change my negative thoughts to positive thoughts, but it doesn't happen. I'm tired of doctors?

My psychologist/psychiatrists believe that it is genetic, but I think it is all a coincidence. Some days I am fine and other days I get tired of this world. I am a college student. I often fantasize about how I am going to die, but I will never do it. Tonight I wish to sleep forever and never wake up. We all get this way don't we? Sometimes I do it without realizing it. Psycs are bull. What is your opinion? Convince me that I can change my perspective on life. Give me a good argument philosophy people. This world and it's people are unbearable for me. Life is too much for this mind to handle.

College student.

Well, sometimes I do. Sometimes I don't. There are times I feel there must be some connection with the person I am now from who I am in the past (I have weird behaviours, you see). But sometimes I think it could just be something one can fancy for personal entertainment, for feeding the imagination or an antidote to loneliness. What do you think? If you believe it is true, what were you?
