Like the Macs hamburger sign, 400 trillion served, when do the numbers become meaningless to zero value? So there are some of us with tremendous amounts of time on our hands, when does quantity indicate quality. I think I am getting a new peeve, here's an answer, dump the number and just post the name.

Agnostic: Someone who considers that there is no evidence for the existence of God, but also no evidence for its non existence. This is a neutral position.
Atheist: Someone who is in denial of the existence of God. This is not a neutral position.

This is the same question as in http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070618153556AA9ianm
but better formulated, I hope.

It is my personal experience that many people claim to follow the valid principle behind agnosticism, which is that we should only believe what is supported by evidence, but in fact have the atheistic position, which is not supported by evidence and is actually a belief system..

It is as if there is a war with those who says God exists on one side and those who say He does not exist on the other side. Very few remain neutral.. Those who have not experienced or comprehended evidences of God, tend to move on the denial side instead of just remaining neutral. Why is it so hard to remain neutral?

I figure since the Religion and Spirituality section are strictly based on pure evidence that maybe some here would base their reasoning on God's existence to a more logical level.

There are alot of arguments that support God's existence but no real proof... so i just wanna get some insight to what you may think?

From the time we are born we start our journey to becoming a sucessfull adult as soon as we start school we are trapped in a race and there is never a winner we all die and all u did was work. There is never any freedom to do what u want when u want u are forced into a life were your worth is measured by your bank account. All i have on the meaning of life is you go to school u start working u grow old you retire and die. Not much of a meaning is it?

I think in words so when I was an infant without words and a vocabulary what were the tools I used to communicate what I was feeling? How did I correlate time and deduce things around me? How did I approve and dissaprove of my environment?

i didnt think that god was a concrete entity but i just read this on a website:
There are various entities which, if they exist, would be candidates for necessary beings: God, propositions, relations, properties, states of affairs, possible worlds, and numbers, among others. Note that the first entity in this list is a concrete entity, while the rest are abstract entities.[2] Many interesting philosophical questions arise when one inquires about necessary beings: What makes it the case that they exist necessarily?

and now im confused - i thought god would be an abstract entity.
