They publish your manuscripts, sell through their website, but you don't have to pay anything. I won't go through the full details because it will take too long, but if you like, check them out on the address i provided.
I think that's it a really good opportunity to get into some sort of print, but i'm weary of doing anything about it without having any information.

I'm going out to buy more books today, and I'm not sure what to get.

I like a wide variety of books, though I can be pretty picky at times.

I like:
- The Nanny Diaries
- Harry Potter
- Gossip Girl sometimes
- Jodi Picoult's books
- A couple of Meg Cabot's books

I like longer books with good plots, like Jodi Picoult's books and the Nanny Diaries, but I like the more humorous ones, like the Nanny Diaries, though I'm not really a fan of the 'chick lit' category. I also like books about big cities. (London, New York,...)

Also if it helps, tv-wise, I'm a fan of the OC, Beauty and the Geek, One Tree Hill, and America's Next Top Model.

Help?!

I'm trying to get my daughter more into reading, but I need some advice on good books for her. She loved Harry Potter And Little women so maybe something along that line.

When I see something I form theories as to why it happened and look in deep. I come to conclusions based on evidence that people say and give me. I would love to be a crime writer but do not know where to start.

What is your favorite Jane Austen book and why? What is your favorite Character from that book and why? Do you have a favorite excerpt from that book/ Character?

Mine is Lizzy from Pride & Prejudice because she is strong minded willful and refused to marry for anything less then love!

My favorite excerpt from the book is:

"I do, I do like him,'' she replied, with tears in her eyes, "I love him. Indeed he has no improper pride. He is perfectly amiable." (Jane Austen/ Lizzy Pride & prejudice)

I know that song titles can't be copywritten. That's why there are several songs with the same title.
I've written a book with a perfect title, today I found out that there's another book with a similiar theme with almost the exact same title. That book was not a big seller and came out in April, 2003.
Can I use the title again?

I need a non-fiction book for my highschool class, but most of them are sad and depressing. So i was wondering if you guys know any funny/happy ones that i could read. no deaths please.

In one of my short stories, I don't have a plot. I mean, I have somewhat of a plot, but it's more looking at the characters and their everyday lives. I mean, their everyday lives are entertaining to the reader, and it has a subtle theme behind it, but I'm not sure if I actually need a plot or not.

The story centers around 2 characters and their view of the world, and other people's view of them. It's very interesting, but there's not really a "plot."
