I read RL Stine books way back in the day and they pretty much go like this:

Someone is murdering random teens in the area. At least one of them dies with their face in the shape of an O. The main character of the book (usually a teen girl) almost gets murdered but in the end manages to get free and get back at the muderer.

I'm guessing that this is a book report (not a book that the whole class has been assigned to read) so if you read the last 2 chapters of the book you should know the name of the murderer and the name of the main character. The conflict is that the teen boy is trying to kill the teen girl he took on a date, and in the end the conflict was resolved when she turned him in to the police or whatever she did.

If reading the last chapters of the book is too much for you, you can just flip through, get some character names, and make up an ending involving a broken date and a murderer.
