I think it was great how many people can write about a running marrathon, and make it exciting. It is one of those books you would just look at the title and be like boring... but it is a very good read.

It was like the majority of the true wizards (the pure bloods) had lost their cause, this means that the next generation of wizards and witches wouldn't be completely magical, but have muggle genes. In other words the ending of book 7 showed a race of people being almost wiped out completely as the remaining Wizards and Witches wouldnt mind marrying muggles.

Is it possible to write a continuous novel but instead of chapters have sections that illustrate the next part of the novel? You usually can see this in articles that have one point at the start, then might mention how a group is opposed to the idea in the next. (hard to explain ... sorry)

My name is Bob (in bold)
blah blah blah blah blah blah

She said hello (in bold)
blah blah blah blah blah

2 years ago I started writing an erotica story. I have put it down and picked it up several times and I just want to be finished with it now. I got stuck recently and decided to write an outline (gasp, I know) because the events just weren't linking up in a cohesive and chronological way. I felt like my scenes were scattered.

But I have realized that this story is way too close to the truth. It has twists and turns that are fictional but i am so mad because its just not as creative as I would like it to be. I got very discouraged because of it and put it back down the last few days..

Has this happened to any other writers out there?
Any suggestions.

Please be nice, Thank You.

This might sound strange, but I've always been an avid reader. And yet, I've always found that I DO judge books by their cover. What I mean is, there are a number of aesthetic factors that contribut to me purchasing a book. I like books with elegant, simple covers and smooth velvety pages. And I won't buy a book that's less than 250 pages because I like them to be long and thick. In other words, I guess I hate the look and feel of genre paperbacks (like John Grisham novels). Even if they're good books, I won't buy them. Or if there are two versions of a classic book, I always get the elegant more expensive one. I've always wondered if it's just me who does this or if other people feel this way too. ???

Even directing me to a detailed website with several examples would help. Do I outline story first? do I do characters first? does it matter if my grammar isn't great, wouldn't an editor fix it?

I am trying to show that TotD reveals religious skepticism preluding in Victorian times. I have a lot of evidence, but I need a few more key points. Has anyone read the book and perhaps remember any instances that could be used to support RS? Or any evidence in Victorian society and Thomas hardy's life alone?

Thanks.

Please type what it says on the back cover of one flew over the cuckoo's nest. I left my book at school, because I left school early, and my english teacher didnt tell me what my homework was, until I checked it online.

I don't see how you couldn't. This book is awful. It's makes no sense and there is not even a trace of a story-line.

Oh sure, all the words are in alphabetical order. But it does nothing to help with the plot or the character development.

And why does it have to pause after every word and give me the definition of it ? Man! Do you think I'm illiterate or what ???!!!

I am overseas- and want to have a new/gently used bookstore for children and home schooling parents. I also want to have a mobile bookstore (bookmobile) to take to schools. (The mobile bookstore may happen first!) I need to order about 10,000 used/like new books. I saw a few lots on ebay but all less than 200 books. I need fiction and non-fiction, board books, beg. readers, popular story books, chapter books, science, animals, math, history, arts and crafts, home school curriculum books, how to help children with special needs-esp. autism and cerebral palsey, educational cd's, and much more. Scholastic, Golden books, Troll, DK, Harcourt, Zoobooks, Usborne, Time childrens books etc. I want books to get children excited about reading and learning and to keep them reading and to help parents too. Thank you for any help you may have.
