Personally in my experience, editors and publishers hate names with alliteration. It sounds like children's books - Suzy Sparrow and Lulu Lamb. For surnames, I use the US Census Bureau's list of most common surnames. You have every surname in America listed there starting with Smith and Jones the most common and going on down to the least common. I keep it on bookmarks because I use it often.

My vote is for Caliana Carson. I've never heard of Caliana before, but I like it - sounds feminine but spunky.
