Hi there , I would like to become a great writer but in truth I am awful at writing books as I always run out of things to say. But when I wwirte in prose it is better and flows better. But who would want to read it and how could I make my fortune from it I do not know. PS the whole thing will be autobiographical I think based on a valiant knight! Please help

If the story is to take place in a city or town, do you have to get permission from the state/city where it takes place? in order to use the name of the city? (i.e. Oklahoma City, OK)

I recently read Mules and Men and I have to do a project that includes the book. There were some musical scores written in the back of the novel, so I thought it would be neat to play a song or two. Where can I find a recording of some of these songs? Is there an internet site with them?

i do remember reading at some point of the novel where nick says that gatsby represented everything for which he has an unaffected scorn. What are the multiple things that Gatsby represented that made Nick hate so much (I'm sure there are many...use text support if you can so I can go back into the story and read that part in order to gain a much better understanding).
