Sarah Bradford wrote several historical novels about the Borgias:

Jean Plaidy wrote a couple books in the early 80's about the Borgias. Light on Lucrezia was one of them. Madonna of the Seven Hills is another of her titles. Check this list for other books that feature the Borgia family.
