Okay, I buy books a lot. I love books and can't stand when I get an Oprah's Book Club or Heather's Picks sticker on my books! Sometimes it isn't even a sticker...it is part of the cover! I hate this! It really drives me crazy. Don't get me wrong..I am glad both Oprah and Heather read and I don't have anything against them, but it really irks me that I can't buy a book anymore with the original cover. I can make up my own mind on whether I want to purchase a book, thank you very much! Most of the time, I purchase a book after reading it so I really don't require anyone else's opinion. Does this bug anyone else too?

Is For One More Day based on a true story? It says something about a true story in the novel, however, when researching Chick Benetto, I never find anything except stuff on the book. I haven't finished the book yet, so it might explain later, but I was just curious.

I am looking for a publisher for my book, Crank High, and am get a few, but most cost a lot of money. I want a pulisher who will pay me, not have me pay them. My book is 40, 623 words in lenght and I have had nothing but praise from those who read it and don't or do know me! Most people accept my work, but others won't because of my age, which is 15.
My friends think I should get my book published, but I just need to find a publisher. Does anyone out there know a good publisher who would mind at least giving me their honest opinion of my book.

If anyone would like to just read it, email me with the subject: Book and I will send you the first three chapter (for security reasons). Please include an email address, because three chapters is a lot of words!

Okay- well, I am going to write a story about 4 bros, and 1 girl (4 fun) And, the girl get seperated from the bros, sent to an orphanage, and after about 10 years get reunited. The girl is a brat, she has no respect for anyone.
Does anyone out there have any suggestions of anything she could do, to be disrespectful, disobey, ect.
What some problems they could run into, and some a state where they could live in, and a real name of an orphanage- in some state. Thanks.

"There is one truly great thing to be valued in every man, the story of his life. As the wind flows and the sun beats the repetitiveness of thought just strikes at the brain again and again. There is never a dull moment that will go unheard in the tale of a man so deeply in love that nothing can stop him from making his destination. The sanctity of a relationship with this one certain woman is so precious that just the thought of her amazing beauty can create a crumbling depressed feeling in the strongest man. As for all the charming words that may trickle out of this man’s mouth mean nothing to her, but every glance from the graceful sparkle in her eye is everything to him. Where does he begin?" I just want to know what everyone thinks this means... help

I read it in school, and i saw a advertisement for the movie, and it looks like it is completely different from the book. When will Walt Disney stop raping classics. Like "disney's Doug". Whats up with that? Just because they bought it, doesnt mean they should call it theirs.
