It's sad that so many teenagers don't read anything anymore. I see most teenagers only read when they have to. But I don't think they would want to be actors either. Music seems to be a huge part of teenagers' lives nowadays and I think that they would rather sing/write songs than read or act. I personally would rather be an author because I love to read. If Hollywood was still in the glory days of Audrey Hepburn, Cary Grant, and the rest of the gang, I'd definitely want to be an actress.

I'd say most normal teens would want to be an actor, since everyone I know hates reading. On a personal note, I'd much rather be an author-I'm the type of teen who collects books for fun, and in a recent cleaning of my room discovered that I've got over 1000 books in it...oops. :) Just think, wouldn't it be cool to have your ideas and dreams out there for the world to see...instead of being an actress, where I'd just be reciting someone else's ideas and dreams that have no meaning to me?

I would say actor/actress because teenagers like to express their emotions more and it may not be easy for them to express it through words rather than physically acting it out!

Very few of them read anyway, and most are huge drama queens. I know they would rather be actors. Add the perceived status and wealth and it's a no-brainer. It's too bad things are this way.

Actors make more money and it's an easier job... teenagers spend lots of money and are lazy. It's perfect!
