Is For One More Day based on a true story? It says something about a true story in the novel, however, when researching Chick Benetto, I never find anything except stuff on the book. I haven't finished the book yet, so it might explain later, but I was just curious.

I actually saw Mitch Albom interviewed today and it is purely fiction. He came upon the idea after someone said...if you could spend one more day with someone who would it be.
