By contacting a Stamp Company and getting their catalogs in them it would tell you how valuable those stamps are.

To give a price on an album you would need to price each individually. It also depends on whether they are canceled. I used to collect, but I found a gent named Joe who sorts and sells them in bulk to benefit a women's emergency shelter. He's here on YA quite often.
