Get a copy of Poet's Market and find out which magazines are buying what. Get some of your poems published there. Then you keep an ear out for anthologies that are being put together by a publisher and you submit there with a notation on where else the poem has been published. If it's accepted, it's not only free, but you usually get paid.

There are plenty of places that will publish any poem they get for free. Then they will try to sell you a copy of the book for an outrageous price. Best to try to get published legitimately. If you live near any college or university see if they publish some kind of small magazine and submit your poems there.

None that I am aware of, but this is funny. I had a friend that thought her son was the poet of the century.(Decade for sure)
She found a place that would publish her son's work IF she paid them. She paid and he was published. She carried this book around forever showing anyone that would look about her son being "published". If someone wanted an autographed copy she would buy more books.
If you are good, you don't have to pay them. They will look at your work and chase you down.

It doesn't cost anything to have your poem in the book and they do put every entry in those books, but then they want you to buy a book-around $60.00---then they will ask if you want to have a bio page about you, or life.another $30 or so..then they also want you to buy a plague for additional money ...$40 or so..that with a printer and a Walmart near by you could make yourself....then they invite you to California for thousands of dollars to be apart of their National Poetry Convention. So, I have not, as of yet found one that I would pass on as legitimate

Make your own blog on one of the many sites on line. Most of them are free, eg, MySpace, Blog Spot, Yahoo 360 Spaces, MSN Live Spaces, etc. None of those ask for your address. It's simple and easy to make up your own blog for your poems and to make it public, full instructions are given to help you on each site. Good luck! :)
