I don't like dirty books, partially because I go to a Christian school and need to write a book report on what I read... I'm a very picky reader, if the first couple of chapters aren't good, I stop reading. It needs to be at least 200 pages long and the max. is 320. I like John Grisham, Janette Oke (kinda), C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Agatha Christi to name a few.
Thx so much,
reader

I need to pick one of these books and write a research paper for them. However, I'm not sure which one to pick. What would you choose?
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest;
A Clockwork Orange;
Like Water For Chocolate;
Te Bluest Eye

I'm halfway through it and can't decide if it's worth my time or if it's just too out there. Anyone try to use this "Law of Attraction" to their advantage?

I think this term might interest book lovers who're already obsessed with his/her reading for years till some people around know the famed habit and call him/her seriously or jokingly by the term.

Aaron Westley Powell's forthcoming novel "Bonus of Virtue" offers inescapable information for an immediate end to the Iraq War as well as permanent peace in the Middle East without the use of military violence. The highly controversial but extremely effective resolution from the manuscript has been offered in advance to President Bush and the Pentagon as a means to end the Iraq War without the use of military force.

My sister lost a baby earlier this year and I would like to frame a poem "from baby" about being in heaven on christmas. I can't seem to find the right one. The baby died when she was 11 days old and my sister and brother in law have had a very difficult time dealing with the grieving. They have no other children and this was going to be their first child. If you can write one for me, I will frame it and include your name as the author (if you would like me to). I would soooooooo much appreciate it.

I have this huge project on the Grapes of Wrath. One of the requirements for this project is to bring a refreshment for the whole class that is reflective of the book or the era the book takes place in. My mom suggested pork rinds, but I don't even like them and I don't think any one in my class will either. Does anyone who's read the book have any ideas? Something really simple to make or something I can buy cheaply would be great too. Thanks!

My best friend and I want to make a HP fansite. We know there are tons of them but we won't to make our own and make it different. We would like to concentrate on Fanfics, romance, and the Marauders. Any ideas? What would YOU like to see on a fansite?

I started the Thursday Next series by Jasper Fforde in the middle. I read the second book recently and I'm currently reading the third. I'm trying to interest my husband in this series. Should he start at the beginning or should I just give him the third book when I'm done with it.
