I Thought "hey why not" writing a little something, cant decide which one of those is the better sounding title, the debate has been long and vicious, surley Yahoo answers can finally put an end this this.

Sounds like a spy mystery, like a Robert Ludlum novel. :-)

Of the three, I'll pick Pursuit. But may I also suggest "What a nice day to roll a boulder up a hill!"

I think it depends on what you're writing.

The Sisyphean Cycle sounds more like a text or self help book. Has a scholarly sound to it.

The Sisyphean Affair sounds like a Man from Uncle episode (dating myself here) or some other thriller/mystery novel. Campy but fun.

The Sisyphean Pursuit can cover a wide range of genres. Without more info I would lean this way.
