Before the Nightside series I was hooked on the Southern Vampire series by Charlaine Harris and then the Undead series by MaryJanice Davidson ...I've read them all. I just finished the Nightside series and can't wait until the next book comes out.

I've read two books by her so far: My Sisters Keeper and Salem Falls.
Both are so good. Jodi Picoult is a really good rider. The more you read the book the more information you get and the more you get into it.
I strongly recommend you go pick up My Sisters Keeper and Salem Falls

Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl consists of diary entries written by a Jewish teenager named Anne Frank. Anne Frank is comfortably living with her mother, father, and sister in Amsterdam when the Nazis start taking Jews to concentration camps. The Frank family is forced to flee from their home and live in the building where Anne's father worked with another Jewish family by the name of Van Daan and an old dentist named Dussel. The eight Jews hide in these quarters, called the "Secret Annexe", for two years. In her diary, Anne Frank encounters the difficulties of becoming an adult, the progress of World War II, and the philosophy that men should be valiant and happy no matter what.
The book is amazing. I particularly suggest teenagers and other Jews to read this book, for teenagers will relate to Anne's experiences as she ages in the book from thirteen to fifteen years old, and Jews will be again reminded what happened during this time and what we should learn from it.

as I used to. Is this a temporary thing? Does anybody get that feeling from time to time? What can I do to fix the problem? And could you recommend any good books fort me. I'm into science fiction, fantasy, horror, a good occaisonal thriller, and Josi Picoult-like "women" fiction. Any suggestions will help. Thanks.

Okay, I bought on clearence from Barnes and Noble book covers made of a hard plastic that stick to paperback books that you trim to fit the cover. I know B&N doesn't make then anymore, I've looked on every search engine and auction sight and even in library and book merchant catalogues, but can only find flimsy plastic covers. Has anyone seen or know where I can find more hard plastic bookcovers please? I'm getting a little desperate.

I get this huge impulse to write - poetry, a novel, anything. But I don't know what to write about & where to start. Various things keep jumping into mind. How do I settle with one topic & how do I start writing?

I'm after creative writing exercises or tips for coming up with ideas for stories. I've been trying for a couple of weeks and so far with little inspiration. I don't expect anyone to give me ideas, just ways of coming up with my own. Thanks!

I am a female and will be travelling to a tropical paradise and want something to read while lounging on the beach. I want to escape but nothing too sleazy or complicated. Also, something that is a relatively quick read.
