The Goose Girl is a great book by Shannon Hale and I wanted to see if anyone has read it. If you haven't read it, well you should!

I teach an acting class and I wanted to use some books to make scenes out of for my girls to use. So far, I've used Judy Blume & Beverly Cleary as well as more classic authors like C.S.Lewis & Louisa May Alcott. Can you help me come up with more titles that might work?

I suspect it is because most guys stink at verbal communication and would rather do something physical instead of writing or reading a book. I am not sure, though, and would really like to hear others' opinions.

What charecter reminds you the most of, YOU!? What about your enemy? Can you place your friends? Would you say that people's favorite books are influenced by if the charecters are like them? I will give my answer later.

OK, I am writing a sequel to Pride and Prejudice. (please don't criticize me for that!) Should I describe people's facial appearence? Austen hardly gave any description, and I never quite understood why she couldn't give you a small hint of what the dashing Darcy, or the intriguing Lizzy looked like. Am I supposed to match Austen exactly, or add on and make it my own? Would you like to know what the Darcy children looked like, or just that they were well-mannered and good looking?

I can't remember the title or the author so heres what I do know - It is in paperback now, it has a black cover, it was written by a woman and is about two 19th century magicians. The title is two of the characters names and one is something like Mr Norrington or Mr Norris. Thanks in advance.

My brain is craving a book that will keep me wondering, keep me guessing, keep me on the edge of my seat. Got any recommendations? Preferably not such a sexual, or a murderous kind of book.
