Is there a specific date yet?
I really want to read it!!!

The still as yet unnamed Harry Potter seventh and final book, will be out 07-07-07 or July 7, 2007. Everyone really wants to read it, and barring any unforeseen delays, that is the expected date of arrival.

It has been rumored that book seven will be released on July 7, 2007 (07.07.07), because seven is a powerfully magical number in the series. I think that would be incredible if it were, but it is unlikely because of the release date of the fifth Harry Potter movie. It is set for July 13, 2007. I don't see the book and the movie being released so close together. There would be a fight for publicity.
Bloomsbury co-founder Liz Calder (who publishes the British versions of the Potter books), recently said in an interview, "The next Harry Potter book is likely to come out in 2007. I hope so."
I also think it's safe to say that the book will release sometime in the summer. I think that Scholastic and Bloomsbury will make sure that kids will have enough time to devour the book. If it was during the school year, there might be some problems.

No date yet, but the word is that it's already written. I'd say sometime late 2007 or early 2008, because the 5th movie comes out in the summer of 2007, so they probably won't release them at the same time.

It is coming out next July 2007 maybe July 7, 2007. For 7 is a good mystical number best time for the last book to come out in that series. 7th month, 7th year in a new century and 7th day.

unless things change it should be out 7-7-07 and the movie should be out 6 days after the book

you must have patience, it will probably be out in 2007 because its the 10 anniversary to the first movie (or maybe did i read it wrong and its the first book, oh well).

no and i hate it!!!!! i love those book and i need another to complete the set........it might say on www.harrypotter.com but im not sure
so every once and a while check online for new dates and gossip!
