What happened to the normal soldiers? Were they being persecuted too for sadistic acts?

In comparison, how about the Germans?

does anybody know what Anton van Leeuwenhoek discovered in the 1700’s? And why did scientists speculate about this information at the time?

Right now I´m in the mood for something girlie in the lines of Sophie Kinsella, Louise Bagshaw or The Devil Wears Prada, Sex and the City... I just hate it when I buy a book which looks good and can´t finish it cause I don´t enjoy it! Recommendations usually work for me. Thanks!

Not to be publically critical, but in a recent/previous submission; I have truly found what the definition of ignorance is; in the first 2 answers I received.

Though not at all detered; I certainly hope others note their names, and the possible plague they might become.

Hi,
I am Currently using Testor's Enamels in a poorly ventilated room, which are apparently highly toxic with long exposure, can cause cancer and birth defects. Wondering if there are any options/solutions to my problem (aside from putting ventilation in the room, there's a different problem that comes with that).

The model paints need to withstand scratching (shouldn't be easily ruined).

Thanks

Please? Haha.

Other questions you could answer for me? :D

Who can become a mummy, what type of ceremony was involved in mummification, and where were mummies buried.

Or just a place I can find those answers.
Thank you.

I am making paintings (fine art) that can be painted and lifted like large decals. I have used 6 mil shipping plastic, This works great, but is hell to format and non-permanent. I need to identify and locate a more stable substitute. (Clear plastic sheeting; large solid sheets that watersoluble paint will peel off of.)

I would think the same thing tupperware is made of (polypropylene), but cannot find it in flat clear sheets. Does anyone know what the clear painters pallettes are made of (melamine?) and if it is sold in sheets to the public?

I have been trying to put a finger on this for over 2 years--any help or leads out there?

thanx

Kleenex Kids

Chalky seashell
Off the subtle sands
Of Cape Anne
Sings a silent song
A graceful mare
Laboring for you,
Heedless child
Of Rhode Island Sun
A degree
A deep prodding
Jetliners
Fashion deaths
Fine cheeses
From Morocco
And Venezuela
Dropped at your feet
Plucked from cows
Used for fine meats

Just a submission; while aware of my abilities; always seeking; and judgements are taken lightly; as a mortals notion.

"Am I so "strong" as to be like a bird that never "lites"; forever lofting; soaring and "resting" on thermals?

Is "grounding" a sanctuary, or a binding upon me, and more relevant; what more do I wish for?

Certainly in the Ethereal; there is isolation; even if not "resolution"; yet one can be surrounded; and extend to great lengths; every sense they are imbued with.

Seeing always those others so bound; does it "wrench" us; or give us more cause to remain in flight?

A personal choice I most suspect; "To be or not to be" comes to mind."

people who have not taken the time to learn what philosophy is, when they ask questions they THINK are philosophical?
I try to educate them--sometimes. I tell them to read the Syntopicon. The history of philosphic thought cannot be more concise or shorter than the Syntopicon.
Most of the time I ignore such questions. Sometimes I get irate. I prefer to educate than ignore or get mad, but there is so much ignorance on the subject of philosophy that often we are asked to do the homework for the questioner.
It fills me with fear, sometimes, to see such ignorance on the one topic that everyone should have a working knowledge of.

Why would he make my life misrebale despite everything ive done for people around me? I mean I dont expect to get anything in return from those around me ,but man why do I get sh*t on by everyone? You know what GOD dosent exist. Its just those around us who use us for support and then claim that God was the one who "saved us" . When are people going to learn that all you have is those people around you who you have. And some of us have nobody!! Im not an athiest or anything I just dont believe that there is some guy out there thats able to control our live and that "works in misterious ways"

In the forgotten hour
I find you in my darkest dreams
and distorted realities.
You are the dream which has no foundation
and therefore I love you.
Damning shadow,
beautiful recognition of the darkness
that was never within you,
yet you hunger for it,
seek it out in another...their taste,
their touch,
you crave and you desire and I am ever there,
knowing you through your longings and deceptions.
What brought about the coldness and the grandeur,
fallen at the feet of a woman who could be
an angel, a goddess, a shining star.
Will you cloister yourself away forever?
Who are you? What are you?
My goddess, I love you and trust you...
a symbol burnt upon your breast,
the pain and the seared flesh...is it all for me?
I need you, carry me into this world
and the next.
I am your guardian angel.
