I was bored the other day, so I just started writing...but I wanna know if this sounds good or if you guys have any advice.

Run. Run! That was all I could think but my feet did nothing. I wished I could run, dreamed it. But I couldn’t. As I stared into the eyes of fastly approaching man/my capture, I knew this would not end well. I knew I had to do something, but what I didn’t even know. I inched backward and my capture inched forward, he knew I could nothing. I dash and he grabbed me. I felt a pain I had never felt before as he tightened his grip. I fought to breathe as he squeezed me like a starving boa squeezing his prey. “Please.” I gasped. With an instant he let me go and stared at me with disgust. I was weak and mad at myself for not running when I had the chance. “Foolish girl, why would I kill you when I need you?” he spat like he loathed the words coming out of his mouth. “Take me to the ___, and I might spare your life.”

sometimes I see a great photograph and try and determine the focal point. Could it be that the entire image is the focal point? I was just curious since it was something I read about composition that when taking pictures, you should have a focal point. Thanks.

I see group of the earth. People are all the same. But somebody said that's incorrect thinking. How about in some religion? It's group. If I went a country of where people can't eat cow, I have to see the group otherwise i'll be in big touble or have to go to jail?

Do I need to see group? Or can I always look individuals?

Introverted iNtuiting involves synthesizing the seemingly paradoxical or contradictory, which takes understanding to a new level. Using this process, we can have moments when completely new, unimagined realizations come to us. A disengagement from interactions in the room occurs, followed by a sudden “Aha!” or “That’s it!” The sense of the future and the realizations that come from introverted iNtuiting have a sureness and an imperative quality that seem to demand action and help us stay focused on fulfilling our vision or dream of how things will be in the future. Using this process, we might rely on a focal device or symbolic action to predict, enlighten, or transform. We could find ourselves laying out how the future will unfold based on unseen trends and telling signs. This process can involve working out complex concepts or systems of thinking or conceiving of symbolic or novel ways to understand things that are universal. It can lead to creating transcendent experiences or solutions.

I like to think of myself as a very good writer. I'm in my senior year in high school and I've always excelled in English, mainly in writing. I want to be a story teller though. I want to evoke happiness, sadness, despair, ecstasy, and laughter from people with what I write... And I wouldn't mind some tips on keeping stories and plot details organized. Any tips and/or help gratefully accepted. Thank you very much.

Okay. I am 14 years old and I have written a Fictional book, called "The Memoirs of Justine Martin." It would probaly be classified as a young adult book. I have a couple questions all under publishing. Are there any good non- "Self publishing" companies, for youth my age. Second of all, do you always need a agent to publish? And lastly I have checked out a couple of self publishing companies, and they are too expensive. I am very determined to get this book published, it has a message that needs to be spread. And also, I don't want take the chance on self-publishing and a year later, still have a collection of un-sold books. That is one of my biggest fears, money not well spent. Thanks for your time and if you would like to contact me via e-mail: hottataneva101@yahoo.com

.........Walking The Rainbow

I put one foot down lightly,
Walk from blue to yellow,
Admire gold glittering,
Shimmering
Trees into wizards'
Spells...

Did I not walk this way
Before?
Step from gold to red...
Hold the light of stars
Speeding
Away from the Earth?

Come back! Oh, please
Come back!
But, set on their way...
Never back.
I step from red to
Purple,
The color of royalty

In ancient Tyre. A king.
A queen.
Did I wear the Purple,
Or was I a beggar in
The streets...
From purple back to
Blue.

Did I see that Mayan
Blue?
Know how it was mixed?
Or, was I sacrificed
At dawn, while Quetzals
Flew
In beauty?

A while on the Rainbow...
Gazing, dreaming,
Desiring...
Ah, it was ever so...
All I ever wanted was
A place in
The sun...

I would specifically like to learn about ones who put they're poems to beats. Note: I am not looking for rap or anything related. I would prefer something without profane language(ex no use of words like ho's, or the n word).

,,nothing much.ran a dead heat with a c minus grade commercial.it had a couple of tasty lines though.couple of month later,i saw the same two lines written into a poem, note for note.the name of this person, i will allude.haven't run across him or her anyway.
influence in any form of art come from "somewhere",that's a given.but to steal, word for word? lord at least have enough creative imagination to at least twist it up a bit.the poem wasn't half bad,but was it constructed all of stolden lines?
guess one could take this as a compliment,if said words were worthy enough to swipe, but word for word.come on.
best to all this season.

I'm trying to form an essay on class structure in the American colonies. I'm trying to start with discussing the fact that the American colonists inherited a social class system based on heredity (because this is what they had in Britain). I was wondering if and how this took root in the American colonies. Also, why did it not exist in the early republic?

It's 4 o'clock in the evening,
I feel my true self weakening,
Weaker than birds flying,
At least they do have wings!

I peep outside the window,
It's raining without a rainbow,
I am a bow without an arrow,
A story without a foreshadow!

I search deeper inside me.
Of places I want to be.
Of people I wish to be.
Of sights I yearn to see.

So I ask my memory:
What is there left in me?
Is there any victory?
I asked in deep ecstasy.

But my memory cheats me.
It holds nothing but beauty,
Forgets everything that's ugly.
Refuses to represent the reality.

"Curfew",
"The Meeting", "The Rainy Day", and "The Arrow and the Song".......If anyone can help me with any of these I'd really appreciate it!!!
