I see group of the earth. People are all the same. But somebody said that's incorrect thinking. How about in some religion? It's group. If I went a country of where people can't eat cow, I have to see the group otherwise i'll be in big touble or have to go to jail?

Do I need to see group? Or can I always look individuals?

Yes, individuals are a subset of a collective, whether they think themselves so or not. We are far too inter-dependent to miss the forest for the trees.
