I don't wish to go to an antique store and get nothing. The clock store that looked at it said that the clockworks were the nicest they had seen in a clock of that age. It is a light colored marble which is not as valuable as black. It is a Waterbury. The clock shop said approximately 1891.

If there isn't such a site, there ought to be. I think it should work on a point system, like yahoo answers. You would get points for listening to and evaluating someone else's music, and it would cost you points to get your own listened to.

I am making family albums for my brothers and sisters and I need to make copies of old family photographs dating from about 1920-1950 or so. I'm not concerned about copyrights as they were all taken by family members.

A. Can you please advise as to the best way to copy them? I need to make 8 sets total and the originals are all about wallet sized.
In addition, can you please answer the following:
B. If you scan them yourself, is that harmful to the original?
C. What process is the best in terms of lasting the longest?
D. Approximately does it cost when taken to a photo shop to process?

Thanks in advance!! :)

I'm trying to record Scarborough Fair, by Simon and Garfunkle, and doing it solo, accompanied by my accoustic guitar. It keeps coming out blah. Heck, it doesn't even hold my own interest. I have this problem with some of my music. I'm open to the possibility that it just isn't my song. But does anyone know any cool techniques to get more intensity? I've tried singing it higher.

I'm a senior in highschool who is applying early decision to the Tisch at NYU as a Theater Major. I've heard many great things about the Tisch and its acting programs. However, I would like to see what there is to say about hte Tisch that is bad. If you were trying to convince someone to NOT go to the Tisch, what would the rationale be?
