Here's what I heard from a very close friend of mine who has his Captains License....which for those of you in Internet land that don't know what that means....my friend is actually licensed to command the a ship the size of theTitanic.

The Titanic was out for sea trials when somehow it's propeller or it's rudder was damaged .....there apparently was not enough time to repair the Titanic and so, in haste, the name of the Britannic was replaced with the Titanic and readied for departure to America.....
Of course it is historic knowlege that the Britannic was quite a close copy of the Titanic and as such, it would have extremely difficult for anyone booked on the Titanic to notice the difference....who would have actually cared anyway ....the two were sister ships.....
My question is, does anyone know if this assertion is true ? or false ?

If a tree falls in the middle of a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

I'm not sure about it.

Tell me what you think.

I take so many pictures of trees with my 5 megapixel digital Nikon camera and so often they do not look realistic. They look like a bad watercolor. I have tried every setting. What can I do differently? Also, is it possible to get really good pictures with a point and shoot digital camera?

Met at the bar.

You struck me as handsome,
I struck you as easy.

I loved you for love,
You loved me for sex.

I had you for hope,
You had me for ownership.

I interfered with business,
You interfered with marriages,

I found you guilty,
You found me dumb.

I saw denial,
While you saw her,

I guessed it wouldn’t last long,
You proved me wrong.

if so... and they believe that lizards evolved into birds.... than why is it that every fossil found is of a particular species and not half and half or other percentages......

for a lizard to evolve into a bird there would have to be tens of thousands of years of evolution of the species...

so there should be fossils of a lizard with a beak, or a lizard with feathers, or a bird with a fleshy tail, or a bird with scales ... etc. .... you get the point....... and if you disagree or have evidence that proves otherwise please provide a link with photos....

and lets be mature about our responses, this is simply a philosophical and intelligent debate... otherwise do not respond :)

Can you give me other behavior mannerisms such as:

-You can tell how close people are (personally) by the positions of their crotches when they hug.

This is in addition to one of my other questions, what drives people to be involved in drama. This is for a college writing paper so any decent answer would be wonderful.

Me and some friends were goofing off in our school library during class. We did a book search and typed in 'porn' and there actually was a book!

I left, but on of the kids told me yesterday that he found the book and it did indeed have porno in it?
>I don't really trust him... so he could be lying about finding the book lol

So does it seem weird that a MIDDLE SCHOOL LIBRARY would have a book entitled "The Study of Pornography"?
I think it was called that.
