Can a word be copyrighted? Can I use a trademark word?

Imaginarium is a toystore, a museum, and a great many other things around the world, the Spanish toystore,( I think they are Spanish) has trademarked the word, does that mean no one can use it? I'm an aspiring writer and although I was never under the illusion that I made it up exclusively, can I still use it? Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Need help with AP European History (Louis XIV), please (not a lot)?

Well, I have to write an essay for AP Euro and no I'm not making you write it. I'm asking you to help me gather info.

The essay question is:
"Louis XIV declared his goal was "one king, one law, one faith." Analyze the methods the king used to achieve this objective and discuss the extent to which he was successful."

If you know anything about Louis XIV can you please let me know or if you find any good websites can you please post them here. I know absolutely nothing about this topic and it would speed along the process if you guys would help to just find the sites...thanks.

did wittgenstein adress the mind and body problem issue correctly??

i heard his works realy help to refute or at least show solipsism and cartesian skepticism inconsistent and shows its internal contradictions. if so in with one of his work did he show this?

i mean arent there tools to hel p elleviate some of the anxiety posed by the 2 ideas?

what do people who dont believe that the holocaust happened use as their facts?

it really angers me when i hear people say that either they dont believe that it happened, or they dont believe that it was that severe of a event... i just want to know what proof do they have to even begin to rebuttle the numerous pictures, survivors, and evidence that are in the world to support the fact that it did happen? I want to write a paper on it and i just want to know what they think so i can effectively prove it wrong

What do I do, or first rehersal is on Monday at 6p and I have a horrible cold, this rehersal determines our parts, and I really want a good part. Is there a way to cure colds fast?

Drawing vintage-looking pictures?

Online, I see old posters that I think are cool looking and I want to draw them, but the thing that seems to be the trouble is that the hair on the people has this weird drawing technique and I can't copy it well.
