demo reel problems.?

people have told u need to send demo reels to casting productions and i know what a demo reel is but what do you do if you havnt flimed any of your best work?

demo reels are overrated. if you want a role in a professional film or tv show , get an agent that takes lots of experience and training and know how but you can aquire that in several years.

you can always set up your own little stage and have someone video tape you while you do some kind of role. as long as it shows off your talent it doesnt matter
