Since we can't really know about anything (Post-modernism, Heisenberg's Uncertainty principle), since we cannot complete any system (Godel's Incompleteness theorems), and the laws of physics state that we are doomed to a chaotic state (Entropy), I say nothing in the world is perfect.

I guess it depends on your definition of perfect, everything in theory could be better but on the other hand I've experienced things I wouldn't change for anything so I'd say that yes some things are perfect... ish

Yes! Waterfalls. Mist on the mountains in the early morning. Sunsets in the evening. The stars at night. Walking in the rain.
Dancing the night away. Ice cream and a good cup of coffee.

Not by a long shot. It's only as perfect as one tries to make it and even then, bad things can happen. But because of a few simple failures one shouldn't give up. It's called trial and error. We learn from our mistakes and the mistakes of others so they don't happen again.

Our God given gift is perfect... CREATION! Not only does it prove that God exists, but it also shows that we have the ability to do what we can put our mind too... it doesn't get any more perfect than that... Creation does have a fall back as well.. OTHER creations.. that people create. But the actual Creation itself, is perfect .. without FLAW!

No..Logically speaking .....nothing perfect. but

we often use the notion that this is perfect..that is perfect. I think perfect is relative to the circumstances.

On ligher note..My Mom makes perfect Apple pie :)
