I am learning how to play electric guitar but cant get the hang of it?

I tried playing a guitar yesterday, but when I held the fret down and strummed, it didnt play??? I thought you held the fret down and then strummed??? Any help would be nice.

Teen acting classes in the Boston area?

I am 15 years old, and I am looking for intensive acting classes in the Boston area I could take most school days after school. I really want to pursue acting, so I want a program that will really be a good one. Any suggestions?

Is your body more important than your mind?

It seems that my body determines my health (mental) and my awareness-
Everytime I stop exercise for injury reasons, my mind gets in a bad shape. Even if it's a long while (used to it).
Nothing gets me sharper and brighter than a good stretching session or a good workout......

Does God exist...? How could I prove he does or does not...?

Alright...I'm 14 years old, and ever since I started High School, questions like these have been plagueing my mind, I just don't know if I should beleive in him or not beleive in him, Science tends to be pointing that this universe has an ultimate fate...to be pretty much swallowed up by the sun. I really don't understand anymore...Ya see...I was born in a devout Seventh-day Adventist family, always viewing that my god was real...until I learned more about the science of the Earth, and ever since then, my mind has been a swirling vortex filled with questions, and not being able to answer them for myself makes me EXTREMELY frustrated, angry, and depressed.
If God is not real, then what truely is the human purpose? Are we simply just meant to procreate and evolve, it makes us seem as though we are but insignificant creatures in this thing we call "life". Death, what would that feel like? As I'm writing this, I'm becoming even more frustrated, I need help, what is truely wrong with me?
