It seems that my body determines my health (mental) and my awareness-
Everytime I stop exercise for injury reasons, my mind gets in a bad shape. Even if it's a long while (used to it).
Nothing gets me sharper and brighter than a good stretching session or a good workout......

Why differentiate between the 2?
Because the body has more consequences.
You can always avoid a person who say, intimidates you.
Or you can always run away.
But a bad liver, or intensive effort beyond your capabilities, will catch up with you. There's no escape, or at the least there a far sinister consequences.

Both are of equal importance. The ancient Greek philosophers use to say ‘a healthy mind in a healthy body’ meaning that body is healthy when the mind is healthy as well. The bible also indicates that ‘the peaceful heart is the health of the body’ so a combination of positive thoughts and loving feelings will provide the foundation for a healthy body.
What you are experiencing when you are forced to stop the exercise is called endorphin addiction and it’s definitely all in your mind.

Hmmm, it depends. You use 10% of your brain to think. The rest is all involuntary. Ex breathing, cells, mitosis, meiosis, heart beats, etc. So in a way your mind is what controls your body. Anorexia for example. Anorexia is a mental disease people have when they look at themselves in the mirror the see fat, even though they're bony. So their mind tells their body not to eat because they're "fat." Mind is waaay more powerful then body.

Of course not- the mind controls the body. Your mind is probably just getting stressed out because you're overanalyzing the injury, possibly? Just relax.. and everything will turn out ok...

Mind over matter. One thought alone can change the acid level in your body. Acid = Cancer
Read about it.
FYI - the mind is the soul. the body is going back to dust.

My mind is more important to me than my body. It's far more active and (to me) far more beautiful.
