What is the exact address of the McMartin Preschool (Trial)?

I have tried to search the exact address of the McMartin Preschool in Manhattan Beach, CA but I have not been able to. It seems that it is not made public on purpose, but I am just afraid of buying over the "leveled" site. Thanks.

I don't know the address, but I know it's on PCH. (I recently read that none of the allegations were true, and they were all pardoned. I don't know how much truth there was in it, but the story was towards the back of the paper, and about two inches long.)
