" Hale knew, before he had been in Brighton three hours, that they meant to murder him. With his inky fingers and his bitten nails, his manner cynical and nervous, anybody could tell he didn't belong - belong to the early summer sun, the cool Whitsun wind off the sea, the holiday crowd. "

And can you possibly answer these questions for me please..
a) what's hale? is this a person?
b) what's Whitsun..
c) please suggest the genre and give reasons for your answer

Thanks!!

The Bible, Revelation- Chapter 1, Verses 14 and 15, say Jesus had 'woolly' hair and feet that was burnt like a furnace. The only people on this Earth with "woolly" hair are Black American and African People. The inside of a burnt furnace is black. Therefore, Jesus was Black. Amazing. Here's a History website that lends to this fact.

why was the battle of gallipoli AT gallipoli? (meanin why was that area strategic, for both the British and the Turks?)
I think it's strategic for the Turks because they were on higher grounds than the British, but for the British it provided a sea passageway which provided easy transportation of soldiers and weaponry...is this correct?
please helpp
thnx

To be fair, also keep this in mind, we did get married 7-7-7, the busiest wedding day recorded.

How long until proofs should have been provided?

How long from time the order was placed for prints to be returned?

How long from time the order was placed for our storybook album to be available for approval, then for it to be printed and completed?

Also, I should mention we are in a very small area/city...so it's not nearly the market a large city would have and it was his only wedding that day.

Ours has taken very long in my opinion, everything was required to be paid in full, in advance. Should I request some money back or additional prints or anything? I am very disappointed...but want a view from the other side.

I've some dwgs (sketches), I want to scan them in and maybe print out later. the original size is about 8x10. and I'll probably want to print the same size later.

150dpi, is that enough?I heard resolution more than that won't help... thanks.

Thus we cannot say that God exists or doesn't exist until we die and see him/don't see him. So long as the wave function is not collapsed then God is neither in a state of existence nor non existence.

I'm no expert in quantum physics and hope that I have the basis of a reasonable theoretical question and I hope it is technical enough to keep the Fundamentalists away.

I need to read a dramatic monologue. Any tips? During a monologue, am I allowed to move a little with my body, like pace a little, not out of nervousness, but because it seems like what the speaker should do? And should I exaggerate my emotions or just keep it natural. When I say exaggerate, I mean like, when the speaker is angry should I be really really angry and go over the top, or just as angry as the speaker should be? Help please, this is my first try and I want to make it a good one. thank you! Any tips you can give me would be great!

It was late December when I met you
I was just passing by when you said "hi!"
Since then we became friends and stick like glue
How i've hoped my dear, you'd never say bye

But just like any fairy love story
One must make a sacrifice and feel pain
Everything we've been through is history
Help me! These teardrops are falling like rain

Days went on and I'm still waiting for you
One day you came and made life so happy
Then next thing i knew you struck me like flu
I'm all yours, please say that you're mine baby

Oh my love let's forget about the past
'Cause I know this love would forever last

-----------------------------------------
thank you and comments are appreciated.. =)
