i need help badly i need a jumpstar on my acting career and i dont know what 2 do im 14 brazilian/dominican and i live in nyc but i dont know how 2 start if u could count being on the news ive been on tv 5 times but thats not gud enough 4 me or any 1 4 that matter but i need advice so far i auditioned for some program called nustars and i made call backs but i have got no word since i audtioned 4 the call backs and im tired of w8ing and a movie im trying 2 audition 4 is in aug so if any 1 have some where in nyc that i could audition in please help thanx

I've heard people argue that this never happened. It infuriates me and Im not even Jewish. Would you agree that its like saying slavery never happened, or Pearl Harbor? Tragedies such as these should be remebered and honored. Not to be forgotten or make people doubt it. Its disgraceful to the victims but also to their families.

For hundreds of years. ritual, ceremony and sacred rites filled every day life. Even until. the late 1800's, people had ceremonial ways of talking, dressing, acting, and living life. We had rites of passages for different ages, formal greetings and gestures, holy days, and an overall ceremonial structure to existence. Now that is wiped out and life is like a blank slate. We can live life as if it's sacred and meaningful, or as if it's just a bunch of mindless atomic particles that we participate it. How did the intrinsic ceremonial nature of existence die? I dont' want superficial historical reasons, but maybe more metaphysical/philosophical reasons. Thanks.

For anybody that clicked on this question with the intention of answering it, SHAME ON YOU! I blame you just as much as people that ask this dumb azz question. For what would the crack addict be without the dopeman? I can accept the relgious zealots answers for they believe in that supernatural being. But it really irks my nerve when people try to answer this question philosophically as if it meant anything. What is the meaning of life in realtion to what? What does this question really mean? You might as well say everything happens for a reason. Yaa right, people suffer, kids get abused, genocides and atrocities, and ohh yeah the fly landed on top of my head all for a reason....Right? Wtf?
If Im wrong please let me know, if I see this question one more time I might just throw my laptop against the wall...UfeeLMe?

What were the people in medieval times that wore black masks and cut peoples heads off? They did it for executions, like in braveheart the movie how Mel Gibson died, he had his head in the wooden things and they cut his head off from that
