I don't mean any offense, but I'm picturing a guy jumping around behind the news reporter waving... honestly, being on the news doesn't count unless you were reporting it. Being interviewed doesn't count either. Also, being 14 you need to have your parents full support on this. Without them you get nothing. They have to help you every step of the way.

I don't know anything about Nustars, bit it doesn't look legit to me. If they came up to you in a mall or they cold called you... walk away. Chances are they'll be asking you for money soon.

One thing you need to do in all seriousness is to write words correctly and use correct capitalization. If you fill out forms anything like the way you wrote the question above, no one will call you. I realize you may just be writing like that for fun, but if you get into the habit of doing that, it can be easy to let it slip even on an important paper.

Perhaps NewYorkGal will weigh in here since she is located in NY perhaps she will have more specific resources, but I still recommend Backstage.com and actorsaccess.com for audition information. They cover the US and Canada, but most of the info is where the works is and lucky for you that includes NYC.

You also really need training. Get into acting classes and in NYC, they're everywhere. Find one you like, or a few and throw yourself into the process!

good luck
